openCRX Support Packages and Pricing
Pricing is dependent on type of support (3rd Level, 2nd Level) and load generated under the contract (we apply a bonus-system for months with little load).
We also offer openCRX SMB-DEV — a support package tailored to the needs of small to medium size companies. Up to 3 developers, system administrators or help desk reps of your choice get access to our web-based support system where they can post questions and requests regarding openCRX in a private area. We will answer your questions and resolve your requests in a timely manner, depending on the service level you choose. Your developers will be notified by e-mail about every change in your private area on a real-time basis.

The basic support package includes 20 hours. Discounts are available for bulk purchases (100 hours and more).
