Understanding the challenge

The first step in providing a solution that works is to understand your challenges. How about a workshop to determine the best problem solving approach given your individual situation? Together with your key people - business and IT - we would focus on the following:

  • overview of all relevant business processes (current situation) and the potential for optimization
  • determine business processes interacting with the CRM application (target situation)
  • based on the above we deduce the functional requirements of the CRM application
  • overview of (existing or planned) systems that will interact with the CRM application (e.g. customer information, booking system, ERP, etc.)
  • get a feeling for the “size” of the task (#users, #concurrent users, #customers, #products, #documents, number and type of interactions with your customers, …)

Providing Solutions

With the learnings from such a workshop you are in a position to choose the best approach for moving forward, e.g. a pilot installation of openCRX or a full blown CRM evaluation process based on the requirements developed during the workshop.
